How to pair the earbuds?
To Android and iOS devices
Step 1:Open the lid of the charging case and take out both earbuds. Then the earbuds turn on automatically.
Step 2:Press and hold the multi-function touch button on both earbuds for a few seconds. They enter pairing mode.
Step 3:Unlock the desired device.
Step 4:Enable Bluetooth on the desired device.
Step 5:Go to the Bluetooth settings of the device.
Step 6:Select the "nurabuds 2 XXX” earbuds (XXX is NuraBuds2 unique pairing number). If a password is required, write "0000". After that, pairing will be done.
To PC (Windows)
Step 1:Open the lid of the charging case and take out both earbuds. Then the earbuds turn on automatically.

Switch between two Bluetooth devices
After entering pairing mode, the earbuds will be in discoverable mode for two minutes where they can be paired and switched to another device.

How to wear?
Step 1:Remove both earbuds from the charging case.

Step 3:Choose the earbuds that best suit your ears.
Step 4:Insert the headphones into the inner ear canal.
Step 5:For the best possible comfort and fit, rotate and make sure the microphone is pointing towards the mouth.
How to switch on and off?
To turn on:Open the lid of the charging case and take out both earbuds. Then the earbuds turn on automatically.
Switch off:Place the earbuds in the charging case. After that, the earbuds switch off automatically.
How to check? / How to operate? – Instructions
These earbuds have a multi-function touch button on each side that can be touched to perform useful functions. These functions can be adjusted in the Nura app by pressing once, twice, three times or by pressing and holding.
Step 1:Open the Nura app while the earbuds are connected to the device via Bluetooth.
Step 2:Tap the menu icon in the top left.
Step 3:Tap Device Settings > Configure Touch Buttons.
Step 4:Choose the tap controls you want to customize.

How to reset the earbuds?

Factory settings

Step 2:Open by Nura-app.

How to update the firmware of the earbuds?
Every now and then, significant improvements will be added to the earbuds with a firmware upgrade. These updates are automatically applied to the device or you may need to do the below.

Step 1:Open the Nura app. A message appears that an update is available.
Step 2:Tap Start Update, or: Tap Menu > Device Settings > Software Update > Start Update.

Some common issues and troubleshooting
Left / Right / One side of the earbuds stopped working
If this happens, it could be because the battery is low or the device is not properly connected. To fix this, you can do the following:
1.Try charging the earbud that doesn't work or both by placing them in the charging case.
2.Try resetting the earbuds to factory settings.
3.Verify that the earbuds operate within a normal operating range

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume
If this happens, the earbuds may be dirty or the volume may be turned down. To fix this, you can do the following:
1.Try cleaning the earbud with a cotton swab or gently clean the mesh with a pin.
2.Try resetting the earbuds to factory settings.
The microphone does not work
If this happens, the microphone may be muted or the earbuds may be placed incorrectly. To fix this, you can do the following:
If the microphone is muted, check the device's microphone volume. If that doesn't work, it means the earbuds may be faulty, so try to replace them or get a refund.
The earbuds do not connect to Windows/laptop/PC
